Welcome to Wavelengths of the Mind — a unique fusion of psychiatry and poetry.

What if every poem was a puzzle… and every couplet a clue?

In this thought-provoking book, every riddle leads you to a mental health condition. Each poem invites you to decode symptoms, signs, and feelings — all wrapped in lyrical rhyme.

The author Dr. Nahid Dave is a psychiatrist, therapist, and  Mindfulness Trainer.https://www.instagram.com/thoughtmatters.info?igsh=cm5rNHQ2YmE0c2dq
