A workshop on stress management was conducted by Dr Nahid Dave. A nurses job is extremely stressful and demanding. In their pursuit of care, their mental health is often neglected.
A workshop helping them enrich their lives through mindfulness was attempted.
Group discussions, Case studies and Relaxation exercises were a part of the program.
