On 11th May, Dr Nahid Dave conducted a session on Mindfulness in Daily living.
The session lasted 2 hours and comprised of two guided meditations.
The basic pillars of mindfulness were explained with the help of examples and personal experiences.The audience was patient and eager to learn. The questions asked regarding anger management and daily meditation were very specific
