Drug Abuse Talk at Ratnagiri

A one day campaign explaining awareness of Drug Abuse was conducted by a NGO at Ratnagiri.
The program started off with an awareness walk and a street play.
The second half comprised of a talk by an advocate explaining the legal parameters of addiction.
Dr Nahid Dave took the dais to explain, the psychological aftermath of taking drugs.
The reasons one gets drawn towards drugs and the social implications.
The role of medications in detoxification and management with counselling was simplified.
This page feels super easy to read without trying too hard. The text is broken up in a way that makes it simple to skim, and I didn’t have to dig around to figure out what the point was. I ended up clicking into Drift Boss halfway through just to see what it was like, and yeah, it really is that one-button kind of game where your timing starts to matter fast. What I liked most is that the site doesn’t clutter things up with distractions, so you can actually focus on the info and the game.
