Conducted talk on Stress Management and Mindfulness for Dentists.

Around 30 dentists got together for an interactive session on Stress Management and Mindfulness.

The discussion also included Anger management and ways to deal with procrastination.

The doctors were attentive, involved and receptive.

The session also included a short Mindfulness Meditation Exercise.

The session lasting almost 2 hours was conducted by Dr Nahid Dave.
